Home Certificate of Origin documents


The certificates of origin are divided into two categories;

  1. Ordinary Certificate of Origin is a document certifies goods or products are manufactured in the country issuing the Certificate Of Origin. Currently, this kind of C/O are issued by Thai Chamber of Commerce and The Department of Foreign Trade.
  2. Preferential Certificate of Origin is a document issued by government or assigned organization in regional members. In Thailand, Department of Foreign Trade is only one in charge of issuing Preferential Certificate of Origin like Form E, Form ATIGA (Form D), Form AK, Form AI, Form A and so on.

 

Either Ordinary Certificate of Origin or Preferential Certificate of Origin would be required by importer side.
