  • Proforma Invoice, Quotation or Sales Contract is a document issued by sellers to offer their products and prices under other sales terms like the incoterm and the term of payment after they get inquiries from their buyers.
  • Purchase Order is a document issued by the buyers to confirm they would like to buy the goods from the sellers.
  • Order Acknowledgement, Order Confirmation or Sales Contract is issued by exporters to confirm the receipt of orders.  Normally, the order acknowledgement or the order confirmation confirms the goods value, the quantity, and the ETD.
  • Invoice shows the shipped items with the prices.
  • Packing List shows the packing, the quantity, the gross weight and the dimension of packing.
  • Bill of Lading or Air Waybill is a document showing the shipping method, the vessel/the airline, the date of departure, the port of dispatch, the port of destination, the description of goods, the gross weight & the volume, the shipping mark and so on.
  • Certificate of Origin is a document certifying the origin of goods. Currently, the Preferential Certificate of Origin like Form E, Form AK, Form ATIGA are required for customs privilege purpose.
  • Material Safety Data Sheet would be required for dangerous goods or chemical substance.
  • Catalogue or drawing is required for some kinds of electronic goods.
